“Trends and Targets for the 2010 Election”

The California Target Book Sacramento Conference was a resounding success. Over 150 Target Book subscribers and other politicos gathered at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel to listen to a wide range of panelists to discuss the "Trends and Targets for the 2010 Election."

Co-Editor Tony Quinn led a panel discussion covering Prop 11 redistricting, a proposed constitutional convention and the 2010 open primary measure.	State Treasurer Bill Lockyer spoke on the current effectiveness of the State Legislature	Antonio Gonzalez from the Southwest Voter Education Project spoke about a proposed constitutional convention.
