Established in 1993, the
California Target Book gives non‐partisan, unbiased
“insider”information to all want to be kept fully informed and

The narrative analyses are prepared
by a bi-partisan editorial team of six seasoned political‐public
affairs consultants who have each been involved in all aspects of
California politics for more than twenty-five years.

(2002-2008), party registration and minority voter populations.
A post General Election edition will
be published in December following the election with full analyses
of the campaigns.
